We recently sat down with Carl Cassidy, CFO at Experient Group, to get his take on what it’s like to work here.

What advice would you give an employee on their first day?

Everyone is here to help you and committed to making you successful. Ask questions, but don’t be afraid to share your own ideas. We can all learn from each other. Don’t ever stop growing your knowledge and expanding your capabilities.

What do you think makes Experient Group special?

The expertise and drive of our employees. Our people are great at what they do and at the same time, are genuinely kind and motivated to deliver positive outcomes for our clients. We truly care about our clients as people and want them to succeed.

What is your favorite work memory?

Our 2023 company meeting was my favorite memory. It was great to see everyone back together in the same place. As we continue to grow, there will certainly be other meaningful milestones, but this one really resonated with me. It felt great to witness the hard work and results that so many people put forth. I can’t wait for more.
