CHALLENGE

With Covid accelerating migration to e-commerce, our client wanted to supercharge their e-commerce growth by creating personalized experiences for their existing and new audiences across newly developed and to-be-developed online channels. 

APPROACH

Defined personalization vision, goal and strategic pillars

We worked with key stakeholders to define the vision and goal for personalization, making sure it supported the overall strategic direction of the organization. We then defined strategic pillars that would guide all of the activities.

Created corresponding activities and roadmap

Through a series of meetings and working groups spanning cross-functional teams, we defined and prioritized activities and created a roadmap for execution.

We defined and designed a personalized landing page that provided an entry point to various tools, customized to the audience, with personalized recommendations.
