OVERVIEW

We are looking for college graduates with a background in software development, preferably with a Computer Science or related degree.

Ideal candidates should have a good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and experience with one or more of the following programming languages/frameworks: Java, C#, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Flutter, Python, etc. Candidates should be self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work well within a team.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

Develop and maintain customer-facing web and mobile applications
Meet with clients and/or Experient Group team members to develop system requirements and then design and build those features into the appropriate applications
As skills and customer knowledge increase become more self-directed, independent, and serve as a resource to others

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

Required:

A strong record of academic accomplishment and 4-year college degree with a major in a Computer Science related field or significant coursework in Computer Science
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well within a team
Passion for learning and a passion for solving business problems with technology

Experience building customer-facing applications deployed on cloud environments (AWS, Azure or similar)
Experience building and deploying mobile applications
Database management and design focused on Microsoft SQL Server
Knowledge of website technologies like HTML/CSS/JavaScript
