BUSINESS ANALYST

We're looking for recent college graduates with an MIS or technical degree to join our team.

OVERVIEW

Are you a recent college graduate who is self-motivated, willing to learn, and looking to start your career in consulting?

Ideal candidates are recent college graduates from a four-year program with an MIS or technical degree, preferably with 1-2 years of related work experience, but recent graduates with a strong academic record will be considered. Candidates should be self-motivated, willing to learn, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

Identify business needs and determine technical solutions to business problems
Resolve customer issues by researching inquiries, interacting with customers, identifying root causes and taking appropriate action to correct
Provide resolution steps to the technical team(s) if unable to resolve directly.
Meet with client team(s) to identify business needs and assign priorities.
As skills and customer knowledge increase become more self-directed and independent and serve as a resource to others.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

Required:

A strong record of academic accomplishment and a 4-year college degree.
Some coursework in Computer Science or technology-related field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work well within a team.
Passion for learning and a passion for solving business problems with technology.

Knowledge of programming languages.
Knowledge of database technologies.
Technical writing experience.
1-2 years of experience working in a related field.
