SENIOR CONSULTANT

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

Develop and maintain customer-facing web applications using Microsoft .NET and Microsoft SQL Server.
Develop and maintain customer-facing identity management applications using Java and third-party software applications.
Conduct unit testing and system testing on projects.
Meet with clients and/or Experient team members to develop system requirements and then design and build those features into the appropriate applications.
As skills and customer knowledge increase become more self-directed and independent and serve as a resource to others.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Marketing, Organizational Communication/Change Management, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering, plus 2-7 years consultative project experience.
Demonstrated business knowledge (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, etc.) and the ability to apply technology and process improvements to solve business problems.
Working understanding of program/project management best practices and/or systems.
Previous experience gathering and documenting requirements from customers and project teams. This includes recognizing and understanding current challenges and opportunities, information needs and business processes, and scoping and estimating effort and cost to complete project deliverables.
Previous experience developing, analyzing and delivering assessments, surveys, change management adoption tactics, communications and/or training.
Knowledge of configuration of enterprise-wide applications including Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, etc.
Knowledge and exposure to application development and testing techniques and best practices.
Ability to develop rapport and partnerships with clients at all levels of the organization.
Ability to present and explain complex concepts in easy-to-understand terms to groups ranging from executives to project team members and 3rd party service providers.
Strong oral and written English communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter; comfortable working in undefined situations.

Knowledge of technical application development
Knowledge of change management tools and processes (PROSCI, ADKAR, etc.)
Facilitation training and experience
Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma or other efficiency methods
Completion or progress towards Industry or application certifications (PMP, ITIL, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce)
