This international quick-serve restaurant chain wanted to provide franchise owners with the ability to measure waste and increase efficiency. We worked with their team to develop an IoT solution designed to capture food waste and process compliance data.

In the quick-serve industry, you can only serve as much as you produce. This quick-serve brand wanted to use technology to make more food with the same size kitchen and to track and manage waste. Aside from receipts, operators would have no way of knowing how much chicken they had cooked - they could track chicken sold but not chicken cooked.
